CERTIFICATE & UNDERTAKING BY THE GUARDIAN
1. I understand that it is my personal responsibility to intimate the school about any change in these particulars, address,
telephone no, status, nationality and guardianship of my ward and I will inform the school as soon as I acquire Omani
Nationality.
2. I understand that in case my child damages the school property, injures himself/herself or any other student or involved in
narcotics, physical and sexual harassment of other students the name of my ward may be struck off from the school and I
will be responsible to bear the loss and school reserves the right to take disciplinary action as mentioned in point # 4.
3. I understand that I shall serve one month written notice prior to withdrawal of my ward from school / getting school leaving
certificate or deposit one month fee in lieu of one month notice period.
4. I undertake that my ward will abide by all the rules & regulations of the school and will not indulge in any activity
prejudiced to school discipline policy and/or law of the land. I understand that as a result of any such activity the school
reserves the right to impose fine/suspend or expel my ward from the school.
5. I also undertake to get my ward/child examined from relevant medical authorities in case of any psychological/physical
problem, which is creating nuisance for other children or school discipline.
6. I understand that school has the right to revise fee structure at any time during the session.
7. It is certified that to the best of my knowledge, belief and information the particulars recorded in the admission form are
correct and same may be used in all future entries in the school record / Federal Board/other examination bodies record as
the only valid information.
8. I have read, understood and agree to the terms & conditions mentioned above and in the prospectus.
9. If there is any dispute between parents and school then the following committee will resolve the issue.
(a) Principal (b) Chairman BoD. (c) Representative of Pakistan Government
10. Registration fee 2.000 OMR will be charged at the time of Admision Test. (through bank card)
